
Jennifer Leney
Executive Director
Jennifer joined the 6 Stones family with 20 years of experience in Executive leadership for Volunteers of America and Christian Community Action. Jennifer fully believes that everything God has allowed her to learn while serving in these ministries, coupled with a decade in Corporate America, will be used to serve our neighbors in the HEB community with excellence and compassion. Jennifer's passion is to help people achieve their full potential while utilizing their God-given gifts to improve the world around them. Jennifer married her college sweetheart, Chris. Together they are raising their daughter Sydney who they believe is even more beautiful on the inside than the outside. In her free time, you can find Jennifer using her skills as a licensed minister, running, cycling or training her VERY energetic dogs!

Teresa Grady
Chief Operating Officer
Teresa has 25+ years of experience in administration. She loves being part of an organization which is making such a difference in our local community. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Teresa is married to her best friend, Jim, and they have four grown children and 8 wonderful grandkids.

Bobby Olsen
Chief Financial Officer
Bobby brings over 17 years of servant leadership to 6 Stones. He is passionate about God's word; leading a Coaches Outreach study at Trinity High School since 2006 and currently serving on the Elder Board at Central Bible Church. He and his wife Amy have one son, Robby. They have traveled to Spain on Mission many times, spreading the Gospel and serving others. Bobby loves the outdoors; hunting, fishing, hiking, and cycling. Bobby grew up in Euless, graduated from Trinity High School, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.

Trasa Cobern
Chief Development Officer
Trasa Cobern is a mom and a wife, a history nerd, and a firm believer in Jesus Christ. She spent her formative years as an Army dependent in Germany, which gave her a unique perspective. She attended Texas A&M on a full academic scholarship and there met her husband Kyle, who is from the HEB area. They have four young adult sons and are members of the Good Shepherd Catholic Community, where Trasa serves with several ministries. As a former Trinity High School teacher, she has seen firsthand the immense difference 6 Stones makes in this community and is thrilled to be involved in the daily changing of lives.

Suzie Lamparter
Director of Compassion Ministries
After 10 years of event planning experience, and a history of working with 6 Stones as a sponsor, Suzie is excited to now be an integral part of the team! She has a heart for women's ministry, loves spending time with her family and three girls, and wouldn't be caught dead without a coffee in her hand!

Rachel Martinez
Director of School Based Initiatives
With over 10 years of event planning experience in a ministry environment, Rachel brings a high level of organization to 6 Stones with her love of details and standard of excellence. Her personal life experience has given her a passion to share the love of Christ with others, and help children and families see that there is hope beyond their circumstances. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and actively serves in her home church.

Mike Plog
Director of Community Powered Revitalization
After growing up in Illinois, Mike studied accounting at Memphis State University. He later moved to Texas, where he met his wonderful wife, Shannon. They have been blessed with two amazing boys, Andy and Elijah. After two decades in the corporate world, he is excited to work in full-time ministry. Mike has always had a passion to serve others, especially reaching out to youth and families. He believes as St. Francis of Assisi said, you should "Preach the Gospel at all times. When necessary, use words."

Alyssa Cooper
Compassion Ministries Associate
After graduating from Texas Woman's University in 2021 Alyssa joined the 6 Stones family. She has always had a passion for missions and serving others. Growing up in the HEB area and having opportunities to volunteer with 6 Stones, this was a perfect fit. She loves coffee, running, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Alan Heaton
Financial Associate
Alan has 25+ years of accounting experience with most of his career being in various retail organizations. He and his wife Maureen have been blessed with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He loves working with 6 Stones to help support the local community. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, baseball, and reading classical literature.

Nan Hoenich
School Based Initiatives Associate
Nan brings diverse experience to our team. Nan is a servant leader blessed with mercy and compassion to serve families and those in need. Nan married her high school sweetheart, Dennis, with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Nan loves playing games, spending time with family and friends, and exploring state and national parks - or any park, with Dennis and Leo, their sheepadoodle.

Jessica Holmes
Community Powered Revitalization Associate
Jessica has been the CPR office assistant at 6 Stones since 2017. She and her husband have lived in Bedford for 6 years and began their journey as foster parents a year and a half ago. Jessica loves getting to use her gift of administration by serving our neighbors and transforming their lives and homes. The incredible partnerships with local businesses, churches, and individuals that help making everything happen are the cherry on top of all that she does here at 6 Stones!

Sharme Kelley
Development & Grants Coordinator
Sharme joined 6 Stones by way of Houston, Texas. With over 40 years of service experience, she credits her late mother, an executive director for Community Action, for her love of nonprofits. Her compassion for those less fortunate is the catalyst of her favorite Bible verses -- Matthew 25:35-40. As a gifted shepherd, Sharme loves having the burden to see others learn and grow.

Lance Lamparter
Community Powered Revitalization Project Coordinator
Lance has three daughters who have by far been his life's greatest blessing! He loves serving others in any capacity, but particularly enjoys giving back through his giftings in construction. Lance loves a warm cup of black coffee, flipping homes, and enjoying time with his dogs Moose and Gus! God has directed his steps to 6 Stones, and he loves watching the Lord's plans unfold as he works to serve the HEB and Grapevine communities as the CPR Project Coordinator.

Elizabeth Phillips
Office Associate
Elizabeth is energetic and always excited about something. She loves serving others, and most know her as a Prayer Warrior. Always having a heart for missions and ministry, she truly feels the Lord called her to be a local missionary in HEB area. Elizabeth is married to Jim and they have 2 girls, Trinity and Faith. Together they are raising their girls to serve this community as a lasting Legacy.

Annette has always enjoyed serving others and knew when the opportunity to join the 6 Stones family presented itself she would be an integral part of the vision to be a catalyst of hope that transforms lives, homes, and communities. She loves spending time with her grandbabies, and is always seeking to serve and be a light for the Kingdom!
