Board Chair

Shannon Fisher serves as the Vice President, of Foundation and Fund Development, for Texas Health Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University and a master of science in healthcare administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Shannon is an active member of Gateway Church and serves on the board of the Junior League of Dallas and is co-chair of the community investment cabinet for United Way of Tarrant County. Shannon lives in Bedford with her husband, Roger, where they are raising their three boys. Shannon and Roger are both graduates of Trinity High School and feel blessed to give back to the community where they were raised.

Cindy Jones

Cindy Jones is a marketing and brand strategies expert with more than 25 years experience in communications and project management through a variety of industries, including health insurance, hospitals, travel and non-profit organizations. Cindy is the CEO of CJTX Consulting, a boutique firm that specializes in rebranding, including LinkedIn, resume and career consultation. In addition, Cindy is currently the Sales/Marketing & Operations Manager at the American College of Emergency Physicians in Irving. Cindy has a masters degree in Public Relations and Business Communications from Abilene Christian University and a bachelors degree in Psychology and Pre-Law from Hardin Simmons University. Her special interests include Texas wines, travel, civic leadership & community volunteerism. Cindy and her husband Gary live in Grapevine, TX and have two grown daughters, Audra & Olivia. Cindy is an active member of Cross City Church in Euless.

Gary McPherson

Gary has been involved in the 6 Stones mission since 2013, following a career in Human Resources spanning over 40 years with Lockheed Martin and other high tech. He retired from Lockheed Martin in 2013 as the Vice President – Human Resources for the Missiles and Fire Control business area. For Gary, 6 Stones has provided an opportunity to live out his faith while joining many other like-minded Mid-Cities people in supporting our neighbors and communities in phenomenal ways. He holds a master’s degree in instructional technology from Southern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in education/psychology from Taylor University (Upland, Indiana) as well as Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certification from Southern Methodist University. Gary and his wife of 44 years, Heather, have two sons and daughters-in-law, and three grandsons. His interests include travel, culture, and history, reading, volunteerism, and senior sports participation.

Ernie is proud to contribute to community-building efforts here in the great State of Texas. An alumnus of Texas A&M University, he has been the Franchise Operator of the Euless Chick-Fil-A (Glade) since 2002, and began serving as the Operator Consultant for the UTA campus location in 2013. He and his wife, Cristina, have four wonderful children: Eva, Vivana, EJ, and Benicio.

Wil Theisen is a husband, father, and a believer in Jesus Christ. He earned a degree in Math Education from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN. His career began as a high school math teacher for Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. He then became an actuarial consultant before transitioning to BNSF Railway where he oversees the design and administration of the company’s retirement plans. Wil and his wife moved to Texas in 1994 and have been active members of Cross City Church in Euless for over 25 years. They have been supporters of 6 Stones since its creation and believe it is one of the most straightforward ways for the believer to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Wil’s ministry passion is mentoring. Wil and Lisa, an HEB ISD employee, live in Bedford and have two grown children – Julia and Benjamin, and Simon, a senior at Trinity High School.
