Scott Sheppard

President / CEO

Scott is a Euless native with roots running back over five generations. After majoring in Architecture at UTA and a career in the construction industry and sales, he joined the staff at First Euless in 1998. In 2009, he was reassigned to launch 6 Stones. Tim Ross

VP of Programs

After a 29 year career as a Business Executive, Tim received and answered his calling to begin a new career with 6 Stones. His goal is to utilize the skills and experiences he has gained to further God's Kingdom.

He has been married to his High School Sweetheart (Kelly) for going on 31 years. They have 2 beautiful kids – a daughter that is 27 years old and a son that is 22 years old.

Tim is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo.

During his 29 year business career, Tim and his family moved often (12 times). The one constant he and his family always had, no matter where they lived, was their church. Tim and his wife are currently active members of Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas. tross@6stones.org

Chad Vandiver

VP of Development

Chad grew up in Ivory Coast, France and Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in French and English. He has served as a team leader for an international non-profit in Madrid, Spain, as a client relationship manager for a non-profit in Dallas, Texas and most recently as a mobilization specialist for a non-profit in Canada. After years of mobilizing US non-profits to give to Canadian non-profits, Chad became the Vice President of Development at 6 Stones. Living all over the world has taught Chad that we are never more aware of the hope we have as when we are surrounded by people who don't yet have it.

Cody Bettis Jr.

Cody graduated from Texas Tech and has been in church media production and communications for over 13 years.  He has a wonderful wife who teaches Kindergarten at River Trails Elementary – Amy.  They were blessed 12 years ago with a beautiful daughter – Kate.  His favorite quote is from John Strappazon, “Never give up, never surrender.”

Office Manager

Tara has 10+ years of experience in ministry and has a passion for serving others. She loves being involved in every aspect of 6 Stones and getting to see friends and strangers make such a positive impact in the community. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baylor University and bleeds green & gold. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting, playing with their two dogs and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two kids.

Teresa has 25+ years of experience in administration. She loves being part of an organization which is making such a difference in our local community. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Teresa is married to her best friend, Jim, and they have four grown children and 5 wonderful grandkids.

Director of School Based Initiatives

Adrianna has 10+ years of experience serving community in National non-profit organizations. Her passion is connecting resources to those in need with a Kingdom focus. Her degree in Social Work and experience creating strong partnerships allows her to serve donors, community, and clients synergistically. Adrianna and her incredible husband Jeremy are partners together raising two phenomenal, Jesus loving children. Thaddeus Williams

Community Ministries Coordinator

Thad moved to Texas in 2013 after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in political science and psychology. He received a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary before joining 6 Stones in May of 2016. He is also the co-founder of Resurgent International Ministries, which focuses on helping local churches embody the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission in order to reach their neighborhoods and the nations for the glory of God.

Steven Jones

Story Teller

Steven is a Christ-follower with a background in broadcast radio and internet journalism with the desire to glorify God with the gifts given by Him. He is a proud alumnus of Trinity High School in Euless, TX and Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX with BA in Communication Studies. His thoughts on film can be read at truthoncinema.com, and he recently vacated an On Air and online post at CBS Radio in Dallas in favor of impacting the community that raised him. He finds no greater joy than telling the incredible stories that make up the greater narrative of God's work in HEB and beyond.

Rafael Muñoz

CPR Community Coordinator - Quads

Rafael Muñoz comes from the community development work of World Vision USA and their mission focus on improving Child Well Being. Rafael and his family have lived in the HEB ISD since moving from San Antonio in 2010. He has been married to Roseanne for 20 years and they have three children. Leah is a graduate of Trinity HS and studies at Tarrant County Community College with an interest to transfer to UTA for their Nursing program. Isaiah is still at Trinity HS and playing on the Trojan football team. The youngest, Daniel is in middle school and enjoys playing football and basketball.

Rafael received his Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University in 2008. He returned to DBU for a second time to initiate his interest in Urban Ministry by studying the Master of Arts in Global Leadership. Rafael is an ordained minister and currently serves in a church plant in Duncanville, Texas. Rafael loves to support youth development and is a council member of the Hispanic Education Initiative in Texas.

Rodney Gattis

CPR Community Coordinator

Rodney is a native to the great city of Arlington Texas. He studied engineering at UT Arlington back when they still had a football program. He has been his own boss for most of his life. He quickly learned that being in service related businesses and taking care of your customers’ needs is paramount. He has been involved in children’s and men’s ministry for over 9 years. He recently was the initiator of a helps ministry at TurningPoint Church in Fort Worth Texas named “Tentmenders”. This ministry’s’ primary goal is to follow scripture (James 1:27) helping those in need. He comes to 6 Stones with over 35 years of experience in construction. His heart is to see many people serve others and through that see the compassion of Jesus becoming relevant to all. He and his wife Kim have 4 children and 2 grandchildren and he loves to play golf when he can break away.

His other interests are: Small church Empowerment, Churches making a difference in their community, Missions, Children, Social Services (hand up not hand out), Education, Poverty Alleviation, and unity in the church. rgattis@6stones.org

Rachel has 10 years of event planning experience in a ministry environment, bringing a high level of organization with her love of details and standard of excellence. Her personal life experience has given her a passion to share the love of Christ with others and help children and families see that there is hope beyond their circumstances. Rachel, her husband, Rene, and their two children are actively involved on multiple serving teams at Fellowship Church, where they have been members for over 15 years.

Jessica Holmes

Jessica is a native Texan who grew up in a small town outside of Beaumont and moved to Bedford in 2009, where she currently lives with her amazing husband, Matthew. She obtained a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu and has experience in the food and hospitality industries. She has been a member of 121 Community Church for 3 years and loves serving in her church and community whenever possible. She has a heart for living like Jesus and showing His love to others.
