Late Registration

If you would like your student(s) to participate in Operation Back 2 School, please complete the application below. Operation Back 2 School will be held July 30th as a drive-thru event.

You will need the unique HEB ISD Student ID for each child to complete this form.

After completing the application below, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration and the names of each student registered.
