- Medicaid offers a wide range of free health care services for children who qualify. There are no monthly premiums or copayments for doctor visits, immunizations, eyeglasses or prescriptions and much more.
- CHIP offers health care services, including immunizations, prenatal care, checkups, emergency care and much more for children under the age of 19 with little cost for their family. CHIP is for families who make too much money to qualify for Medicaid, but they cannot afford to buy private insurance for their children.

Call the CHIP Enrollment Broker at 1-800-647-6558 to apply for Medicaid or CHIP. The next time your child falls off a bike or is up all night with an earache, all you will need to think about is helping your child get better.
