Last year at Night of Wonder, Rhonda Allison & Company decided to go beyond the $35-50 per child and get more involved with the families they were helping. Instead of just writing an annual check, the owner challenged them to connect with the families. “Find out what they need, shop for them and deliver it to the family.” They chose to adopt a family in each city. These children received clothing, a Wii for family fun and boys that had been sleeping on the floor received 8 beds with bedding.

The cornerstone of service begins right within our communities. Our company loved the idea of working closely with families in our town that had a need for support. We all got as much, if not more, out of it than the families we gifted. It was a loving and humbling experience.
